The workshop, the people and the standards are exactly the same. You’ll simply find us on a smarter, Aga-led site that makes it easier to see everything we can do for your home.
You might notice that johnwraycountrystoves.co.uk now takes you straight to johnwrayrangecookers.co.uk. That redirect is simply our way of guiding everyone to the new, updated site. The name and web address look a little different, and the old John Wray Country Stoves website is no longer being updated, but everything important about how we work is exactly the same.
We are still John Wray Country Stoves Ltd, still based at Swale Lodge, Brompton on Swale, near Richmond, North Yorkshire, with the same experienced team answering the phone, visiting your home and carrying out the work. All existing quotes, orders, installations, warranties and aftercare continue just as before. In short, you may see a new website name, but it is the same trusted workshop you already know.
As the years have passed, more and more of our work has focused on helping people with their Aga cookers – choosing a reconditioned model, planning an electric conversion, refreshing tired enamel or keeping an existing cooker running well.

Although this new site has an Aga-focused name, we also continue to provide wood burning stove services across Yorkshire. From our base in North Yorkshire we:

Fit flue liners and chimney systems where required
Provide servicing and aftercare for the stoves we install
